David Wilkerson

Sound Designer

Welcome! I am ecstatic that you’ve made it here to check out my work.

A bit about myself, I am a professional game designer with over 10 years of collective project leadership experience, I have a Game Design Bachelor of Science from Fullsail University, and am a member of the Project Management Institute’s Chicago Land Chapter. I use my skills in graphic design, audio composition, audio engineering, game development, psychology, video production, and business management to create, manage, and polish a successful video game.

What Do I Do?

In projects, I’m usually the one facilitating the meetings. I lead teams in brainstorming and formulating viable ideas. Through this process, I help find an overall direction for the art and gameplay that fulfills the project requirements for all the stakeholders involved.

During the project’s lifecycle, I spend most of my time communicating new feature ideas, monitoring quality, managing scope, integrating the design plan, managing the schedule, and organizing communications through our chosen KanBan/Agile software.

Below, you will find links to my most notable game design projects. However, feel free to click around my other various skill sets in the menu above. There you will discover the range in my creativity, the many other projects I’ve led, the technical languages I can communicate within, and the success I’ve had in each.
